The Metrix Probe Mounting System allows easy and reliable mounting of reverse mount eddy current sensors for measuring shaft vibration or axial position on a rotating machine. 

The probe mounting system works with 8-mm proximity probes with reverse mounting. The system is mounted on the machine surface for easy installation. The connection head is made of high quality plastic POM-C or aluminum.  For higher temperatures, the aluminum connection head should be used.
