The 5580 is a configurable signal conditioner with monitor function for cost-effective continuous machine monitoring. 

It is designed to receive signals from seismic velocity sensors, accelerometers, or eddy current sensors (proximity) and generates a 4...20 mA output signal proportional to the measured variable.  

To complement the 5580, the SW5580 includes solid-state contacts (SPST) or optional floating relay contacts (SPDT).
