Description

The Shaft Calibrator allows a simple check or adjustment of the probe characteristic directly on the shaft. 

Benefits:  

  • Simple checking or adjustment of the probe characteristic directly on the machine shaft or on the reference plate

  • Also suitable for probe mounts (reverse mount) 

Properties
  • Flexible test adapter for 5mm, 8mm or 11mm proximity probes (eddy current sensors).  

  • For static measurement of the probe characteristic curve or the probe sensitivity:

    • directly at the shaft (shaft, piston rod)

    • against reference plate ('Probe Checker‘) 

  • For probe mounts (reverse mount) suitable 

  • Universal mounting with adjustable belt 

  • Easy adjustment with 'click' detent 

  • 2 versions available: 

    • Metric (9060-SCTC-002) 200 µm/click 

    • English (9060-SCTC-001) 10 mils/click 

  • Ideal for Metrix DPS Verification Test* (MX2033, MX2034)
